You must have a Yoto account to join My Yoto Points programme. If you have made a purchase recently, create a Yoto account using the same email address to get points from your first order.

Note: If you have been purchasing from another websites (i.e. international website), please get in touch at hello@yotoplay.com so we can transfer your account and points over to your local store.

There is currently no limit to the number of points you can earn, so go wild before we change our minds! Just remember that your points expire 1 year after your most recent order.

No, you can only earn Yoto points for orders made on yotoplay.com, eu.yotoplay.com, us.yotoplay.com, au.yotoplay.com and ca.yotoplay.com

Yes! After your first purchase*, you’ll have one month to create a Yoto account and claim the points for that purchase. You’ll miss out on those points if you don’t create your account within one month. Please ensure you create a Yoto Account with the email address you used at checkout.

*My Yoto Points was live from March 2nd 2021. First order made from this date will be rewarded.

Approved: You earned these points which can be redeemed immediately. 

Pending: No biggie, these points just need to be verified before you can redeem them. This applies to purchases and referrals. For purchases, points will be approved 30 days after your purchase. For referrals, they will be approved within 30 days from your friend’s purchase. We cannot speed up this process, so thanks in advance for your patience while your points are pending.

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled) or if a friend you referred has cancelled their order.

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide tokens. For referrals, it may take up to 7 days for your tokens to become available, and for purchases, it can take up to 30 days. If it’s been longer than that, please reach out to us athello@yotoplay.com.

Log in to your account, click on My Yoto Points then Spend tokens to see how many tokens you have and your options for redeeming them. If you have enough points, you can redeem them directly at checkout or get a free shipping voucher.

Simply click on Show order summary at the top of the checkout page to see the points dropdown. From there you can redeem the points you have available. Don't forget to login before you checkout to see that option!

It happens! It might be because you (or someone you referred) cancelled or returned a purchase. Your points may have expired if it’s been a year since your last purchase.

Once your points have been used, they will not be re-issued. We cannot refund any Yoto points once used, even if the items you purchased with them are returned. 

There is currently a limit of 12,000 points ($100) that you can redeem at once at checkout. The minimum points spend is 480 points.

Unfortunately you cannot redeem your points or refer a friend when a promotion is live on our websites as only one discount can be applied at a time. You will still earn points during those times.

We are investigating ways to make this feasible, in the meantime, please use a different payment provider

That's a bummer! If you no longer wish to collect points, please contact us at hello@yotoplay.com and ask to be removed from the programme. In doing so, you will lose any points you have earned, and you will not be able to rejoin the programme.

Our token-based referral program is no longer available. We've launched a new Refer a Friend program with better rewards.
